Honouring an individual who has provided exceptional mentorship, fostering growth and development in others within the jewellery industry. This award recognises those who have gone above and beyond in their role as mentors, dedicating their time and expertise to guide, support, and inspire others.
Customer Service Excellence
Honouring a person known for exceptional customer support and satisfaction within the jewellery industry. This award recognises individuals who consistently go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
Trade Jeweller Excellence
Recognising a trade jeweller who goes above and beyond to service their clients. Delivering on time and with excellence, this individual provides a valuable service thereby enhancing the value and quality of the pieces their clients provide their customer.
Innovator of the Year
Recognising an individual within the jewellery industry who has introduced the most creative and ground breaking idea, product, or solution. This award celebrates those who drive the industry forward with their ingenuity and vision.
Rising Star
Acknowledging an early-career individual who has shown remarkable growth and potential. This award recognises emerging talents who are making significant strides early in their careers, demonstrating exceptional skills, initiative, and promise.
Leadership Excellence
Honouring an individual within the jewellery industry who has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and significantly contributed to their organisation’s success, or the overall success of the jewellery industry. This award recognises those who inspire, motivate, and guide their teams towards achieving outstanding results.
INDUSTRY AWARD SCHEDULE:
July 31st – Nominations Close
All nominations must be received by 11:59pm AEST. Nominations will be reviewed for eligibility and completeness.
August 1-16th – Shortlisting Period
A preliminary Industry Advisory Committee will review all entries and shortlist the top candidates per category. This ensures all finalists meet a standard of excellence and relevance to the award criteria.
August 17th – Finalists Announced
Finalists will be revealed across JIN platforms.
August 18th – Judging & Industry Voting Opens
Each award will be evaluated using the following:

Evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts.
🔹Industry Vote
Evaluated by a weighted combination of industry vote (max 40%) and panel scores (60%).
September 18th– Industry Voting Closes
Industry Voting closes. Votes are authenticated and validated to ensure integrity.
September 21–30 – Judging Period
The judging panel, consisting of leaders from around the industry will judge each finalist based on their merit within the category shortlisted.
October 10th – Winners Announced
Winners will be revealed at the Jewellery Industry Awards 2026 Soiree, celebrating excellence and professionalism across the Australian jewellery sector.
